Return and refund policy
Wristglow sells services such as facilitated workshops, studio residencies, and nutrition documentation retainers. Because deliverables involve human time, refunds follow the windows below instead of open-ended guarantees.
Cooling-off for first-time digital retainers
If EU consumers purchase a remote retainer entirely online, they may cancel within fourteen days of purchase unless work has already begun with their written instruction. Refunds mirror the unused portion of prepaid blocks.
Workshops and in-person intensives
Cancellations received at least ten business days before the event receive a full refund minus payment processor fees. Cancellations inside ten days receive a fifty percent credit toward a future session. No-shows are not refunded so we can compensate facilitators.
Billing disputes
Email feedback@wristglow.click with invoices attached. We acknowledge disputes within five business days and aim to resolve them within twenty business days.
Non-refundable items
Custom printed materials, third-party courier charges, and donated community seats are non-refundable once ordered, unless defective in which case we replace them without charge.
How refunds post
Approved refunds return to the original payment instrument within ten business days depending on banking partners.
